Thank you for your prayers for my mother-in-law, Lisa. She feels them so much and continues to need them each day.
She is updating her CaringBridge page as often as she can so you can read her updates here:

Today she had her first round of stem cell harvest - where they take out tons of her stem cells and harvest them for a few weeks, until after her week of chemo and then they put them back in. We're praying so much that the ones they're removing are free of MS!! {this was the goal of her first round of chemo- that it would zap the MS in her body and get rid of it in her stem cells in preparation for the harvest} She is doing ok, a little tired and feeling "lousy" she says. Her hair has started to fall out, but she's rocking the scarves :) Her white blood count dropped significantly last week, but they say that is just a sign of the chemo doing its thing. She didn't feel very great and was in isolation last week. Then she got her shots last Thursday-Sunday to increase the amount of stem cells in her body. and here she is today, having them pulled out. It took several hours but she's back home and is resting. She's such a trooper!! I'm just so impressed by her so much!
Keep praying for courage, strength, that she stays healthy, hope and peace!
Thanks! We love you Honey!!!
